WHEREAS applicant Kali Perry has submitted a request for a conditional use permit No. 2023-CU-01 or the purpose of opening a daycare facility;

WHEREAS the zoning and planning commission of McLouth, Kansas has considered said application at its 07/24/2023, hearing, has considered public comments, and has recommended approval of said permit;

NOW BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City Council of McLouth, Kansas hereby approves and issues conditional use permit 2023-CU-01 to the applicant.
