WHEREAS , the City of McLouth Planning Commission adopts and maintains zoning and subdivision regulations on all land within the jurisdiction designated by the governing body; and

WHEREAS, to partially cover the cost of administering the procedures set forth in the zoning regulations;

NOW IT BE RESOLVED that the City of McLouth declares that the rates for applications, permits, inspections and other fees shall be set as set forth herein. All previous rates shall be superseded by this resolution, and said  rates  shall remain effective until this resolution is repealed by the governing body:

a)    Nonconforming Use Permit -$50

b)    Variance Permit - $50

c)    Conditional Use Permit - $50 - which shall be in addition to the amendment application fee.

d)    Amendment Application Fees:

RA1     Agricultural District                                 $25

R1        Single-family Residential District              $50

R2        Two-family Residential District                $60

R3        Multi-family Residential District               $75

O&I      Office and Industrial District                   $100

B1        Neighborhood Business District              $125

B2        Community Business District                  $150

B3        Central Business District                        $150

I1         Light Industrial District                          $150

I2         Medium Industrial District                      $175

I3         Heavy Industrial District                         $175

e)    Building/Improvement Permit Fee, to include plumbing and electrical permits: $50

Each required inspection: $50

       Required inspections to be determined by the City's building inspector and will be specified in a completed permit issued by the City Clerk.

f)     Permit Fee for Moving, Hauling, Transporting  fee of any house, building, derrick, or other structure: $50
