A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MCLOUTH, KANSAS PERTAINING TO IMPOUNDMENT FEES FOR DOGS AND CATS

To cover the cost of administering the regulations and procedures regarding the impoundment of dogs and cats set forth in Chapter 2 (Animal Control and Regulation), Articles 4 and 5, a fee in the following amount shall be required in accordance with Sections 2-420(b) and 2-518(b).

Dog Impoundment Fee - $12;00 per each day of detainment

Cat Impoundment Fee - $12.00 per each day of detainment.
