A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MCLOUTH, KANSAS PERTAINING TO THE LICENSURE/PERMIT FEES FOR DOGS AND CATS

To cover the cost of administering the regulations and procedures regarding the licensing/permitting of dogs and cats set forth in Chapter 2 (Animal Control and Regulation), Articles 4 and 5. fees .in the following amounts shall be required in accordance with Sections 2-411 (a) and 2-510(a).

Dog License/Permit Fees

       Unspayed or Unneutered Dogs - $8.00

       Spayed or Neutered Dogs - $5.00

       For any kennel or pet shop covering all dogs during the year - $50.00

Cat License/Permit Fees

       Unspayed or Unneutered Cats - $8.00

       Spayed or Neutered Cats - $5.00 -

       For any kennel or pet shop covering all cats during the year - $50.00
